Pay & Benefits
* £500 signing-on bonus (paid in two stages: £250 after completion of training and shadowing, £250 after probation)
* £14–£15 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
* Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
* Overnight care: £125–£135 per night
* Live-in care opportunities: £130–£145 per day
* 45p per mile mileage allowance
* Holiday pay (12.07 %)
* Company pension (3 % contribution)
* Enhanced pay on designated holidays
* Average monthly guaranteed hours available for full-time or part-time (between 07:00‑22:00)
About the role
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
* Support with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
* Assist with meals, medication, and daily routines
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Help with light household tasks to maintain a safe environment
* Monitor well-being and update care records

*To be eligible for the £500 signing-on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branches’ needs and be able to work at least 15 hours a week.
