HR Business Partner - Greater Belfast - Maternity Cover role
MCS Group is excited to partner with an innovative international technology organization based in Greater Belfast, seeking an HR Business Partner to cover upcoming maternity leave. The ideal candidate can start within 4 weeks to ensure a smooth handover.
The role
The successful candidate will join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a global software development team across multiple locations. You will provide strategic HR support, advice, and guidance to the leadership team, focusing on fostering a positive workplace environment. Key responsibilities include onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and reward. You will support line managers with HR challenges, ensuring policy compliance and promoting employee growth.
You will work autonomously, supporting over 200 employees worldwide. A significant part of your role involves coaching managers and enhancing their capability to handle HR matters professionally. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience in employee development, leading initiatives that promote healthy, engaging careers aligned with client and stakeholder needs.
The person
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a high-growth, professional services environment
* Proven coaching and managerial development skills
* A degree and CIPD qualification are desirable
* Experience in a high-growth tech company is highly desirable
