This role is an integral part of a fast-paced Product Lifecycle Management based digital transformation project. This transformation project underpins the delivery of world leading defence products. The enabling software for this transformation project is the Siemens Suite of Software including NX, Teamcenter and Capital. The transformation project has reach across the full breadth of the product lifecycle including Design, Manufacture, Service and Decommissioning. The Teamcenter Expert is responsible for providing specialised support, configuration, and optimisation of the Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management tool and processes. They will be the authority on PLM standards, methodologies, automation and integration with CAD/ERP. The roles aim is to ensure design teams operate efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with organisational and industry standards. This role will require strong communication, influencing, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, working as part of a team that consists of IBM and client team members alike. Key Responsibilities: -Act as the subject matter expert for PLM (Teamcenter) -Provide hands on experience in the Teamcenter toolset. -Support the implementation of key Teamcenter modules (e.g. Engineering Change Management, BoM Management, etc) -Work with the solution architects to maintain integration with the CAD System (Siemens NX). -Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to client members of staff. -Support the design and standardisation of PLM processes including configuration Management, Change Management, Part and Document lifecycle control, etc. -Ensure compliance with the relevant industry standards e.g. CM2. -Support planning and delivery of data migration in Teamcenter. -Act as a trusted advisor to senior programme leadership and business capability owners. -Drive consistency and efficiency across multi-discipline teams. Qualifications & Experience: Advanced proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter Experience with Siemens NX. Strong knowledge of Teamcenter modules including Change Management, Configuration Management, Product Structure Management, etc. Experience on complex Product Lifecycle Management transformation programmes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Skills: Technical knowledge of Siemens Capital. Knowledge and experience of integration with SAP. Industry background in complex product design and manufacturing. Knowledge of enterprise upgrades within PLM tools. Knowledge of the Siemens Capital Software. Working Conditions: Remote working on client laptop/equipment. Onsite client office days typically 2 day a fortnight.
