Job Description
1. Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

If so, our Operations and Improvement consultancy roles could be for you! We are actively looking to recruit people at Analyst Consultant and Consultant level.
In the UK, we work with a range of organisations who are are involved in providing local services, underpinning the economies and communities we live in. These include Local Authorities, NHS Health Trusts and Integrated Care Systems, Universities as well as associated central government departments such as DfE, MHCLG and the DoH. Our areas of focus include:
8. Undertaking advisory work and running managed services in care technology
9. Helping Local Government with cost reduction and optimisation
10. Supporting Local Government with reform and reorganisation
11. Working with central government design and implement critical educational reform
12. Supporting Universities to develop their strategies, operating model and underpinning systems
13. Working with local organisations to respond to the devolution agenda and empowering local communities
Qualifications
We are seeking talented individuals who are committed to improving local and national services with experience in designing and delivering projects in Local and Central Government.
We are looking for candidates with skills and experience in the following areas:
14. Working to deliver tangible improvements and outcomes in local government (or associated organisations) in corporate, commercial or public facing roles.
15. A strong grasp and enthusiasm for core themes in public service sector reform
16. Scoping, developing and delivering a variety of successful projects, working with a range of stakeholders
17. Presenting and communicating ideas persuasively and effectively to a range of audiences
18. Developing clear written presentations and reports which offer well evidenced conclusions and recommendations.
19. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems, and to make informed decisions.
20. Confidence to work across multiple levels of an organisation, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate challenging discussions.
21. Strong interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
22. A drive for personal and professional progression.
23. An aptitude for delivering creative and ingenious solutions.
