Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the South London & Greater London area. CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile Electrical Engineer to be based on a high-end manufacturing and research contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,500 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities
* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
* PPM's & Reactive maintenance
* Emergency lighting tests
* Control Panels
* Changing Ballast
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
* Maintain and update Log books
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* Pumps, motors
* Managing priorities within contract constraints.
* Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals.
* Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.
* Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.

* Salary of £42,500

Requirements
* Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)
* 18th Edition (Required)
* Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills
