Join Our Team as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner! Are you passionate about creating brighter futures for children? At Little Green Rascals Elvington Lane, we’re looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: Up to £26,104 per Annum. based on experience (40 hours per week). Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 38 Hours over 4 days, from 8am-6pm. Location: Little Green Rascals Children's Day Nursery Elvington, Dunnington Lodge, York Maze, Elvington Lane, York, YO19 5LT

What Your Role Involves: As a valued member of our team, you’ll:
 * Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
 * Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
 * Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
 * Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
 * Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
 * Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
