About the Role As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will: Lead whole-class sessions when the class teacher is unavailable. Deliver targeted small-group and 1:1 support to help pupils achieve their learning goals. Assist in planning and delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2. Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies. Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Encourage pupils to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Who we’re looking for HLTA qualification or equivalent experience supporting teaching and learning. Confidence in leading groups and managing lessons. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting all pupils.
