Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Manager

Location: United Kingdom
Salary/Rate: £33,000 – £40,000 annually


Summary

To create and implement organised marketing strategies to support business growth, we are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Manager. Increasing brand recognition, assessing market trends, and growing the company into the catering and events sector—including weddings, private parties, and corporate events—will be the main goals of the position.


Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing plans to promote takeaway, catering, and potential franchise prospects.
* Conduct market research to identify catering opportunities (weddings, private events, corporate occasions) and assess franchise markets.
* Create and oversee marketing initiatives for local advertising, social media, and digital platforms.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, corporate clients, event coordinators, and potential franchise partners.
* Facilitate brand growth and marketing to support future franchise expansion.
* Deploy and manage CRM systems to monitor leads, enquiries, and customer interactions.
* Analyse consumer data and campaign performance to improve marketing efficacy and bookings.
* Provide management with insights on marketing performance, market trends, and expansion prospects.


Qualifications and Competencies

* Strong grasp of brand building and marketing, preferably in food, takeaway, catering, or franchising industries.
* Capable of organising and executing local and digital marketing campaigns.
* Understanding of the UK market, including developments in franchise business, events, and catering.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
* Ability to evaluate data and identify patterns to promote company expansion.
* Experience managing prospects and customer interactions with CRM systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with partners, stakeholders, and clients.
* Strong organisational abilities and capacity to oversee multiple projects and deadlines.
* Commercial knowledge that can facilitate future franchise expansion and catering growth.


Job Details

Type of Work: Full-Time

Pay: £33,000 to £40,000 annually
