What will I be doing?
Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager and other Housekeeping Team Leaders, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the housekeeping team. You will ensure all guests enjoy the highest quality stay in perfectly kept rooms, managing timings and standards to guarantee rooms are prepared for each guest’s arrival.

* Experience leading a team in a similar role.

* Capability to foster a growth and development environment for the team.
* Effective communication with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
