About the role
Enovation Consulting is looking for an ESG Reporting Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability, strong storytelling, and driving positive change through impactful communications and reporting.
We are looking for a proactive and accountable individual who is confident leading projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering high-quality sustainability content across a range of client and company initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who combines ESG knowledge with exceptional writing and project management skills and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of high-impact content and copywriting for sustainability-focused projects and campaigns.
* Take ownership of client content requirements, including consultation, data-led copywriting, and content creation.
* Plan, manage, and deliver corporate sustainability reports aligned with standards such as GRI, CSRD, and GHG Protocol.
* Coordinate and deliver thought leadership and copywriting projects for clients, partners, and Enovation Consulting.
* Collaborate with freelance designers to create visually engaging sustainability content.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and client briefs.
* Track and evaluate campaigns, partnerships, and activations, reporting on KPIs and key insights.
* Manage the company’s communications planner and content pipeline.
* Support multi-channel content development, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and thought leadership pieces.
* Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all communications.
* Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the business professionally.
What we’re looking for
Essential experience and skills
* 4+ years’ experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, communications, or related fields.
* 4+ years’ experience in copywriting, copyediting, and content creation with a portfolio of successful work.
* At least 2 years’ experience leading projects and managing delivery.
* Understanding of sustainability reporting standards including GRI, CSRD, and/or GHG Protocol.
* Strong ESG and sustainability knowledge.
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
* Strong written English and communication skills.
* Right to work in the UK.
