Finance Officer – Temporary – 3 months plus Location: Edinburgh City Centre Contract: Temporary, minimum 3 months (potential extension) Start Date: Ideally 15th of December Salary: £27,000–£30,000 Hours: Full-time, 9:30–17:30 (initially office-based, then hybrid up to 2 days WFH) About the Role At iMultiply, we’re supporting a leading organisation through a critical period and are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join their small, friendly team. This is a hands-on role with a mix of finance, payroll, and administrative tasks, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex processes. Key Responsibilities: Process payments Apply complex fee structures Payroll duties Bank reconciliations (including foreign currency). Set up bank payments. Sales reconciliation Excel manipulation of daily reports. Post handling, facilities support, and basic IT assistance. Skills required: Strong finance administration experience, ideally with payroll exposure. Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with complex data. High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure. Personable and adaptable – you’ll be working closely with a small, long-standing team.
