This position involves handling a variety of Commercial/IP/IT/Data matters, supporting the team’s efforts to grow the firm’s commercial work portfolio. The successful candidate will predominantly focus on a broad range of commercial contracts, some IP assignments, and commercial due diligence for M&A projects.
This role offers the opportunity to handle both individually assigned matters and contribute to larger team transactions. Business development is an integral part of the role, with expectations to build relationships with both existing and target clients and referrers.
