The hours are worked Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 9am- 4.30pm
Role and Team
East Renfrewshire ADRS team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic RMN to come and work with us. We are an innovative and dynamic service that delivers addictions and mental health care to adults in East Renfrewshire locality. The ADRS is part of the wider mental health and recovery service within East Renfrewshire HSCP and the successful candidate will join a friendly, supportive and well-established multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities
As part of the multi-disciplinary team, you’ll work closely with the ADRS team and partner organisations to deliver compassionate, person-centred care. A key focus of this role is supporting Scotland’s Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Standards, ensuring people receive the right support when they need it – including same-day treatment. In this role, you’ll be supported and supervised by a Band 6 Nurse, taking responsibility for the care management and support of individuals accessing ADRS. You’ll play a vital part in delivering strengths based, recovery focused care that encourages self-management and empowerment. Your day-to-day work will involve working in the community, including at clinics, offices, and visiting service users in their homes. Under the guidance of the Nurse Team Leader, you’ll collaborate with service users, carers, and other professionals to ensure care aligns with legislative frameworks, clinical policies, and agreed standards.
