As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will be providing a high-end and personalised service to customers, providing tailored recommendations and suggested pairings. You will play a key role in supporting the team in the absence of our Restaurant Manager by helping them with high-level service recoveries, training them to a high standard and ensuring that our service is consistent across the board.
