This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, nurturing school community from the very beginning and play a key role in shaping the support offered to our students. Key Responsibilities •Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND. •Help deliver tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher. •Support students in managing behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement. •Assist with personal and social development, promoting independence and confidence. •Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals. Candidate Requirements: •Experience working with children with SEND, particularly ASD, ADHD, or MLD. •A calm, patient, and supportive approach to learning and behaviour. •Strong communication and teamwork skills. •Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
