This isn’t your average customer services role – there’s a strong supply chain element and you’ll be key to ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial order through to operations and delivery. About the Role: Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you’ll be part of a supportive team and some of your key responsibilities will include: * Being the main point of contact for a range of customers, ensuring a consistently high level of service is always provided. * Liaising with internal teams (production, commercial, warehousing, finance) to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time. * Maintaining regular communication with customers, managing their expectations, providing updates, tracking orders, and proactively resolving any problems. * Planning customer requirements, ensuring production schedules are aligned and remedying any issues.
