Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Using creative and therapeutic approaches (sports, music, art, gaming, outdoor work) to engage and build trust. Supporting young children to develop skills in resilience, self-regulation, and emotional intelligence. Working alongside schools and social care teams to develop holistic support plans. Experienced in working with children/teens who present SEMH needs or behavioural difficulties. Emotionally intelligent, trauma-aware, and able to build authentic relationships.
