We are looking to employ enthusiastic caring and compassionate individuals to join our team in our very unique community hospital based in Milford, Surrey. Milford Hospital is a 34 bed acute frailty unit, it has two wards, Holly and Oak. You should have good communication and observation skills and be adaptable and engaged in teamwork to provide excellent care to a wide variety of patients with various illnesses. You should be highly motivated, well organised and be able to adapt to different clinical situations. Previous caring experience is desirable. We would like you to be part of our Frailty Academy and provide tier 1 and tier 2 training. Each successful candidate is given a full Trust Induction and a three week innovative and interactive induction to the role with mentor support. The RSFT is a National Care Certificate awarding organisation and supports applications to further careers in caring. Please note you will have to attend a 3 week induction and training programme unless you can demonstrate you have previous healthcare experience at interview - once training is complete, you will receive your Care Certificate.
