Temporary HR Advisor (Part-Time) – Renfrewshire
We’re looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join our clients dynamic team on a 3-month temporary basis. There is genuine scope to go full-time, permanent for the right candidate. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations - from employee relations and compliance to HR admin and engagement projects.
This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact within a busy, supportive HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR advice and guidance on employee relations and policy matters.
* Manage contracts, documentation, and right-to-work checks.
* Support payroll and benefits queries with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist with HR projects such as engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
* Help review and implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
About You:
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years’ experience in an HR Advisor or similar role.
* Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, PeopleHR, SageHR) desirable.
