About the opportunity
Our client is a UK company with global operations in engineering technology design, development and manufacturing. It’s building a brand-new Enterprise Applications function – and this is your opportunity to shape it from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing
* Partner with HR and IT stakeholders across the UK and globally to understand how HR systems are used today.
* Map and document the HR application landscape, identifying duplication, inefficiencies and opportunities for cost optimisation.
* Recommend and help implement standardised solutions that align with a five-year enterprise applications roadmap.
* Support governance and best practice – helping to shape how change, demand and priorities are managed globally.
* Contribute to small HR-related projects that deliver early wins and measurable business value.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with experience of HR applications ( HCM / HRIS).
* Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, or learning).
* Delivered improved HR applications such as enhancements, optimisation, modernisation or upgrade
* Experience of delivering improved HR applications
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – confident working with HR leaders, IT teams, and engineers alike.
* Experience working in manufacturing or multi-site environments would be a strong advantage.
