Location: Warrington (Hybrid after training)
Pay Rate: £13.33 per hour
Contract: Temporary (initially 6 month contract)
Hours: Full‑time, shifts between 8am and 6pm
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer support and solving technical problems? We're looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our client’s busy and friendly team, delivering outstanding operational support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online portal, logging all details in the CRM system
* Troubleshoot technical issues with company software, Windows Servers, and related devices
* Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or external resolver groups where appropriate
* Support field engineers by performing remote diagnostics and allocating incidents
* Maintain accurate asset and case records, ensuring all service levels are met
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
About You
* 1+ years' experience in a customer service or IT helpdesk role (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, hardware, and networking
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and technologies
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
* Fluent in English (additional European language such as French, German, or Spanish is an advantage)
