Job Introduction
What you’ll do
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality, customer‑focused digital marketing activity that drives awareness, engagement and lead generation for NHG Homes. You’ll help keep our digital channels accurate, effective and aligned with sales and marketing objectives. Your work will span day‑to‑day campaign delivery, website and portal updates, email marketing, social media activity, analytics reporting, assist with web development, API maintenance, CRM enhancement, and continuous optimisation of the customer journey.
How you’ll do it
1. Deliver day‑to‑day digital marketing activity across websites, microsites, portals, email and social media, ensuring all content is accurate and up to date.
2. Manage and update NHG Homes websites and microsites, including SEO tasks such as metadata and keyword optimisation.
3. Prepare ,edit and schedule email marketing campaigns using HTML templates and marketing platforms.
4. Create, publish and schedule social media content to support campaigns and drive audience engagement.
5. Support the set‑up, monitoring and optimisation of paid digital campaigns, including PPC, display and paid social.
6. Support on projects that enhance the customer journey and the internal sales pipeline, using digital expertise to assist in the creation of automation, AI and cross platform workflows
7. Monitor and report on analytics (Google Analytics, Infinity tracking) to track performance, identify insights and support optimisation.
8. Support content creation, including video, imagery and written content for digital channels.
9. Manage website support tickets, track fixes and ensure compliance with consumer protection, data protection and advertising standards.
10. Follow all NHG and statutory policies, including health and safety and financial regulations.
11. Work in a hybrid pattern, spending at least two days a week in an office or community/site‑based setting, with home working possible on other days depending on business needs.

Essential skills/experience
Experience
12. Experience working in a digital marketing environment, ideally supporting multiple campaigns or channels.
Professional expertise
13. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
14. Good understanding of digital marketing tools and channels, including websites, social media, email, SEO and analytics.
15. Ability to write and proof engaging customer‑facing content.
16. Ability to use analytics tools to monitor performance and prepare simple reports.
17. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
18. A relevant digital marketing qualification (or working towards one).
Working arrangements - Spend at least two days a week in an office, with the option to work from home on other days depending on business needs.
