Position Overview
We are seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator/Account Manager to manage recruitment delivery for one of our key clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in 180‑delivery recruitment, candidate management, and stakeholder engagement.
Shift Pattern
Week 1: 05:30-14:40 (Onsite at client premises)
Week 2: 10:00-19:00 (Offsite at business premises)
On‑Call: 1 in 4 weekends
Holiday: 33 days including bank holidays, increasing with service + birthday off.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing end‑to‑end candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
* Writing and optimising job adverts across multiple platforms
* Conducting telephone and video interviews
* Building and maintaining talent pools
* Coordinating interviews and managing feedback loops
* Supporting both temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns
* Maintaining accurate CRM and compliance records (RTW, references, onboarding)
* Providing a high‑touch candidate experience
* Meeting KPIs related to submissions, interviews, and fill rates
Qualifications / Requirements
* Background managing both temp & perm roles
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confident interviewing and assessing candidate suitability
* Highly organised, process‑driven, and deadline‑focused
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience with ATS/CRM systems (Salesforce, Excel, internal trackers)
