An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Fabulous Y Spa Team as a Spa Guest Services Assistant. You’ll be working closely with Drift Inn Guest Services and Bistro Team to ensure guests have a positive and memorable spa experience. The spa is open Monday to Sunday and team hours are earliest 8.30 am and latest 9.00pm on a rota basis. The role is 14-20 hours a week, working flexibly on any day of the week usually over 3 or 4 days. About this role… A Spa Guest Services Assistant is looking after every aspect of the guest Journey at Y Spa; we are a volume business and can have 50 guests per session so organisation and attention to detail are key. This includes Fully opening and closing the spa safely completing all legal paperwork Health and safety checks i.e. hourly walk round safety checks, pool safety and rescue and water chemistry, first on seen at accidents Linen management, ordering, counting, bringing clean in, removing soiled linen Cleaning and tidying the spa so it is always immaculate, floors, lockers, relax rooms, clearing tables and spa garden Hosting the guests in Sound Wave Lounge and Hydromassage and Mind body space Deep cleaning on close up Liaising with the Duty Manage in the Drift Inn with any challenges What we’re looking for… A smile !
