Overview Of The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our talent acquisition function. Our Talent Acquisition Business Partners are an integral member of the talent acquisition function, focused on advancing our strategic initiatives and reinforcing our position as an employer of choice. This role is pivotal in business partnering, working closely with hiring stakeholders to deliver talent acquisition by proactively sourcing and engaging top candidates.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
* Serve as the primary contact for specific business areas, providing strategic insights, understanding talent landscapes, and driving recruitment strategies
* Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, using strategic communication and collaboration to align on talent acquisition goals and enhance partnerships
* Lead the company’s most complex recruitment initiatives, navigating hiring challenges and ensuring seamless execution for high-priority talent acquisition needs
* Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop and refine assessment methodologies, ensuring we consistently attract top talent that enhances our business capabilities
* Lead recruitment kick-off meetings with hiring managers to align on goals and requisitions
* Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms for talent mapping and industry insights
* Implement advanced sourcing strategies to connect with top talent
* Manage and nurture a candidate pipeline for current and future roles
* Create and present job offers that align with candidate aspirations and company standards
* Lead and support various talent acquisition projects, aligning with our broader talent strategy and bringing measurable improvements to recruitment processes
Candidate specification
Essential
* Demonstrated ability to source candidates from a variety of channels
* Experience influencing business stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
* Proven experience in a talent acquisition role with significant responsibility and stakeholder interaction
* Proficiency in using various sourcing channels, tools like LinkedIn for recruitment insights, and applicant tracking systems
* Prior experience in a business partnering role within the recruitment domain
* Ability to work effectively across multiple sectors in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving talent needs
Desirable
* Recognised qualifications in talent acquisition or human resources
* Previous experience within relevant markets and sectors
