Looking to get line management experience within a great charity? We are delighted to be recruiting for a Fundraising Lead working with Centre 33. Supporting young people up to the age of 25 with a wide range of issues including mental health, housing, caring responsibilities and sexual health, Centre 33 provides a non-judgemental service that is free and accessible.
As Development and Partnerships Lead, you will take the lead on develop sustainable relationships and work closely with the Director of D&P to grow the charity’s funding through multi-year support. The role will focus on the high-value income streams (corporates, trusts and major donors) managing donors generating income for core costs but also an exciting appeal. You will also have the opportunity to line manage, even if you don’t have formal line management experience already.
With hybrid working in a choice of several offices, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of so many young people across the region.
You will need:
* engaging with corporate, trusts or HNWIs, generating income and building long-lasting relationships
* ability to research and implement funding opportunities
* collaborative and team working skills, with the ability to work closely with service delivery colleagues
Salary: £37,000 - £39,000
Contract: Permanent Full time
Location: Hybrid – Any Centre 33 office in Cambridgeshire/Peterborough/Huntingdonshire/Ely
