Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm

You will be working for a Tools and Equipment company, serving professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Known for commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to help drive the business to the next chapter.
The Role
As General Manager, you’ll
* Oversee daily operations
* Lead a dedicated team across all departments
* Reporting directly to the Managing Director
* Ensuring operational excellence
* Fostering a high-performing culture
* Helping to shape strategic decisions that fuel business growth
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
* Lead, motivate, and support cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
* Monitor KPIs and departmental performance
* Improve and implement operational systems and processes
* Oversee stock management, customer service, and operational planning
* Support with budgeting, cost control, and growth initiatives
* Serve as the key link between staff and the Managing Director
About You
* Proven success in a senior operational or general management role
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
* Commercially driven with a focus on efficiency and strategic growth
* Organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver
* Background in e-commerce, wholesale, or related sectors is a plus
* Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Key Skills
* Financial acumen with the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions
* Accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong people management and performance leadership
