The Role: We are looking for a Senior Resourcer to join the team. This is a pivotal role, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and delivering top construction talent to meet client demands. You will work closely with our recruitment team and clients, managing roles end-to-end or supporting high-volume delivery projects. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple construction disciplines Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for current and future roles Screen, shortlist, and manage candidates through the recruitment process Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions Support recruitment consultants or manage end-to-end delivery of select vacancies Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM/ATS Mentor and support junior resourcers where required What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant, within construction Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Excellent communication skills with both candidates and clients A proactive and results-driven mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-focused environment Knowledge of construction roles and terminology is highly desirable Why Join Us: Competitive salary £30,000 to £36,000 Bonus Benefits Career progression to Resourcing Manager Friendly, supportive team environment Exposure to high-profile clients and exciting construction projects This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK.
