----------------------------------- What You’ll Be Doing- As part of our Hotel Reception team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling reservations and guest enquiries
* Managing check-ins and check-outs smoothly
* Processing payments accurately
* Responding to calls and emails with professionalism
* Ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for
----------------------------------- What we’re looking for a Hotel Receptionist who:
* Has previous experience in hotel reception
* Is confident using hotel reservation systems and MS Office
* Communicates clearly and warmly, both in person and in writing
* Has a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude
* Enjoys working as part of a team and taking ownership of their role
