We're looking for an IT & Administration Officer with strong IT and Microsoft skills to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support staff across the business and play a key part in keeping our systems, processes, and operations running smoothly.
You don't need to have skills in every area listed; enthusiasm, organisation, and a proactive approach are what matter most. Training will be provided where needed.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining and developing our SharePoint system
Managing HR and training records, including booking courses
Overseeing the vehicle register and coordinating repairs and servicing
Handling insurance claims
Supporting QA records and audits
Assisting with basic accounting duties
Ensuring CRM information is accurate and up to dateWhat We're Looking For

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

In return we are offering an annual salary from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum
