Store Supervisor role, 12 hours per week, based in Kingston Upon Thames.


What will this role involve?

As a Store Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting the store management team, driving turnover and revenues from the store based on lean principles. You will keep a close focus on customer service and act as an ambassador of the Ryman brand.


What will you be responsible for?

* Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the wider Theo Paphitis Retail Group by learning the business and sharing knowledge with customers
* Contribute toward making Ryman the number one High Street Stationer by providing a consistent high level of customer service
* Drive a culture of excellent customer service; ensure all team members engage with customers enthusiastically, assist with training of colleagues using available tools to maximise team performance
* Ensure the security and accuracy of all company systems and that all systems are used by team members according to company policies
* Promote high visual merchandising standards and maintain store housekeeping
* In the absence of the Store/Deputy Manager, assume accountability for the security and safety of people and property; motivate colleagues to drive sales and achieve KPIs; liaise with the Retail Support Centre for issues; support weekly time sheets
