Must be able to act on own initiative, operate professionally and work collaboratively with key stakeholders. Logical/detailed approach required with an ability to see tasks through to a conclusion and work to targets/measures. Educated to a minimum of A-level standard with GCSE’s in English and Maths. Are self motivated and dedicated to the study programme as there is the requirement for them to manage their study time alongside work responsibilities A knowledge of risk management would be desirable but not essential.
