The Engineering Services Team Leader will collaborate with the Service Manager to plan and coordinate service and repair operations, aligning with strategic and operational goals to drive business growth. Oversee and assist with equipment repairs, commissioning, and technical support. Continuously identify opportunities for departmental improvement and implement effective change initiatives.
