Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Swansea who are seeking Unqualified Teachers / Cover Supervisors to provide classroom cover during both planned and unplanned staff absences. The role involves delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, supervising students within the classroom, and maintaining high standards of behaviour, engagement, and safeguarding in line with each school’s policies. This is a flexible opportunity, with both full-time and part-time hours available, allowing you to work on days that suit your availability while meeting the needs of our partner schools.
