We are hiring! We are looking to recruit a Credit Control Assistant to work within our very busy Administration Department at Pride Veterinary Centre. The successful candidate will be working within our Admin/Insurance department and will be responsible for monthly client accounts, processing of invoices via email or post and chasing clients for non-payment of their veterinary bills or Insurance claims. About The Rota The hours available are 37.50 hours per week generally working Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with one-hour unpaid lunch break. Our ideal candidate The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a good IT knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel and have the ability to work well in a busy environment, excellent telephone manner, a passion for customer service along with a good eye for detail as well as a bubbly personality. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at Grade C / 4 or above or at least 1 years experience in a similar role. You must also have the ability to work fast and accurate is required to meet necessary deadlines.
