Carntyne Medical Centre is looking to recruit a part time receptionist 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 1pm-6pm. Must be flexible to cover annual leave/sickness from 8.30 to 6pm as required.
The role will include making and answering telephone calls to patients, pharmacies etc, arranging appointments, sign posting patients to the correct services, processing prescription requests and inputting information and data into EMIS.
Previous experience working within a GP surgery would be advantageous however full training will be provided to the right candidate. Training will involve a mixture of morning and afternoon sessions.
