Opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a multi-disciplinary working across a variety of sectors to include offices, residential, leisure, education, retail and custodial. The consultancy have offices across the UK and work with some very well-known brands and market leaders.
You will be joining a team of Architects and Technicians working across the planning, design and will need to be proficient in Revit and managing a team.
The Role:
* Producing working drawing packages
* Liaising with consultants and clients
* Lead and manage technical design projects
* Attending site meetings
* Measured surveys and site inspections
* Revit software skills is mandatory
* Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
* Previous project sector experience on the above required
* Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
* Relevant Architectural qualification
* UK In practice experience essential
