Behaviour Support Assistant (SEMH - Key Stage 1) - Bury We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant/Behaviour Mentor to join a primary school in Bury, working in exclusive partnership with Monarch Education. This full-time role focuses on providing 1:1 support for a Key Stage 1 pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. At times, the pupil can display challenging or disruptive behaviours, and the successful candidate will be able to make effective use of de-escalation techniques, remain calm under pressure, and build strong, trusting relationships to support the child's wellbeing and learning. Hours are 8.30am-3.30pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only.
