Role Overview
* Project management for the delivery of eDiscovery services, including data processing and review workflows.
* Working closely with the client/their lawyers to understand objectives and challenges.
* Principal day‑to‑day point of contact for the client and managing the project lifecycle, including billing.
* Managing workstreams and teams as part of the wider project delivery.
* Applying the EDRM model with advanced, strategic eDiscovery workflows to support complex information challenges.
* Researching developments and new tools in the eDiscovery arena.
* Ensuring data collection management and data integrity.
* Producing reports, including witness statements, on provenance or integrity of data collected.
* Supporting business development activities such as client presentations and pitches.
* Mentoring, supervising and delegating tasks to junior colleagues for training and professional development.
* Building relationships with current and potential clients, and supporting proposals and cost estimates.
* Managing finances for each engagement, documenting budgets, adjusting as needed, communicating changes and managing invoicing and revenue forecasting.
* Reviewing and discussing expectations, anticipated scope and project timelines with clients.
* Managing project close‑out processes including data return, database archival and data retention implications.
* Providing clients and senior staff with periodic status updates, reports and documentation throughout the engagement.
* Generating consistent and thorough documentation, such as interview notes, emails, memoranda or detailed reports.
* Serving as a role model in a growing firm dedicated to its people, culture and high‑quality services.

* Client engagement experience, including liaising directly with clients.

* Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to produce high quality work under strict deadlines and manage competing tasks.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred: engineering, computer science, finance, accounting, economics, information technology, forensics, data analytics or related experience).
* Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the eDiscovery arena.
* Familiarity with the EDRM model and experience using related products/tools such as Relativity, Reveal, Brainspace, Disco, Ringtail, CasePoint, Nuix or comparable.
* Preferable industry‑recognised technical accreditations, such as RCA.
* Awareness of forensic capture software (e.g. EnCase, Cellebrite, Oxygen, FTK) and general IT infrastructure (Office 365, Microsoft, Linux operating systems, email journaling platforms and backup software).
