We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who knows how to win, grow, and dominate a desk — someone who wants autonomy, influence, and aggressive earning potential without corporate handbrakes.
The Opportunity
This role gives you ownership of a lucrative Facilities Engineering desk within a business that already has:
* Strong brand recognition
* Established PSLs and key accounts
You bring the drive, relationships, and billing mentality — we provide the platform, support, and infrastructure to scale fast.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning and growing a high-value Facilities Engineering desk
* Driving new business and expanding key client accounts
* Delivering full 360° recruitment at a senior, consultative level
* Positioning yourself as a market authority to clients and candidates
* Maximising margins, managing pipelines, and closing deals
* Mentoring junior consultants (optional, but valued)
What We’re Looking For
* Proven 360° recruitment experience in Engineering or related sector
* Strong billing track record and commercial mindset
* Confident negotiator who thrives in competitive markets
* Self-sufficient, disciplined, and hungry to earn
* Someone who wants freedom with accountability
