Position: Front of House Manager
As a front of house manager, you’ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for our guests and our teams. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to help them excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team through training and development to maintain high standards
* Planning and managing shifts to ensure appropriate coverage and coaching on the go
* Managing labour, rotas, and understanding the financial performance of your restaurant
* Celebrating success and recognizing individual drives and needs within your team
