Role Overview:

We are seeking someone capable of building high-level client relationships in the motor insurance data and analytics space to drive the growth of our Vehicle identification, feature index and risk rating offering. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in insurance value chain and market data positioning with a proven ability to lead business development in evolving regulatory and data-driven environments. This role offers flexibility & the opportunity to help scale a high-performing business area, building on the momentum of recent successful engagements with leading carriers & platform providers. This is a hunter role, ideal for someone with, who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert prospects within the European/Global Insurance platform solutions industry, risk management area & innovative insurance data solutions development space

* Sales Strategy Execution: Develop & execute territory plans to meet & exceed sales targets.

* Product Evangelism: Articulate the value proposition of JATO & partner solutions & services to prospective clients, demonstrating how it solves real-world challenges in vehicle data accuracy, pricing, and claims, risk, fraud transparency.

* Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

* Client Engagement: Create compelling pitches and solutions demos, presentations, and workshops tailored to client needs.

* Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales approach.

* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

* 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Insurance solutions, SaaS, or data solutions to the automotive insurance related sector.

* Demonstrated success in new business development, with a strong portfolio of closed deals.

* Deep understanding of the Global markets & how to engage at the appropriate levels to achieve success

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).

Familiarity with API-based solutions and digital platforms.
