About the Role
LVAE is seeking an Senior Designer – Performance Video & Social to support the creation and evolution of high-impact visual content across our paid digital, social, and performance channels.
We're looking for a versatile, hands-on designer who can hit the ground running — someone who lives and breathes social-first design, graphic content, and video creation, and who thrives under deadlines and within brand guidelines.
Focused on the execution and delivery of performance-driven and social-optimised creative assets. The engagement would be to start as soon as possible.
You'll collaborate closely with our internal team to create eye-catching posts, reels, stories, banners, motion assets, and performance video creative that aligns with LVAE campaigns and brand standards.
Scope of Services
You will provide design services across performance, social, and marketing initiatives, including but not limited to the following:
You Will
Performance & Social Video Design
Create storyboards, design frames, supers, lower thirds, title cards, and graphic elements optimised for paid video platforms, social media, and connected TV.
Social Media Graphics & Content
Design and deliver social-first visuals including Instagram posts and stories, TikTok assets, Facebook and X graphics, banners, and campaign visuals.
Short-Form Video Creation
Produce short-form video content including motion graphics, edits, stylised clips, and performance-driven assets tailored for social platforms.
Motion Design Direction
Translate visual concepts into clear motion guidance for animators and editors through annotated frames, references, and scalable design systems.
Concept Development & Storyboarding
Develop storyboard sequences from briefs and scripts with a strong focus on clarity, narrative flow, engagement, and conversion.
Iteration & Optimisation
Work rapidly through feedback, testing insights, and performance data — iterating quickly to improve engagement and results.
Creative Collaboration
Collaborate closely with producers, copywriters, account managers, editors, and motion designers to understand briefs and deliver against the creative vision.
Quality, Craft & Brand Consistency
Maintain a consistently high standard of design across all outputs, ensuring strong composition, typography, visual clarity, and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
Trend Awareness
Stay up to date with social trends, formats, and emerging visual styles, applying them thoughtfully within a regulated healthcare brand environment.
You Are
* A designer with strong graphic design experience plus video editing / motion skills
* Experienced in creating social-first visuals and video content that stand out in a crowded feed
* Confident working within brand guidelines while adapting style across campaigns
* Highly organised with excellent time-management — able to handle multiple deliverables and tight deadlines
* Creative, flexible, and responsive to feedback, with the ability to pivot quickly
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a wider team
You Have
* 3+ years' professional experience in video design, motion, or art direction
* Strong experience using supers dynamically to enhance engagement and pacing
* Advanced command of typography, layout, composition, and motion principles
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (including After Effects and Premiere or equivalent)
* Extensive experience with Figma and
* A portfolio demonstrating both strong still graphic design and social / performance video content
Experience in healthcare, lifestyle, entertainment, or agency environments is a plus — but not essential if you bring strong craft, energy, and ideas.
