Senior Care Assistant – Nights
Location: The Bridles Care Home, Wincanton
Salary: £16 per hour (includes £2 per hour night enhancement)
Bonus: £800 Welcome Bonus
What you’ll be doing
* Take ownership of the night shift and lead the unit overnight
* Support clinical care alongside the Nurse (medicines, observations, care plans)
* Guide and mentor Care Assistants on shift
* Deliver high-quality, person‑centred care
* Build strong relationships with residents and families
* Ensure smooth, confident handovers
What we’re looking for
* NVQ Level 3 in Care (or working towards it – we’ll support you)
* Experience as a Senior Care Assistant or ready to step up
* Confident leading a shift and supporting others
* Calm, compassionate and organised – especially at night
* Passion for delivering truly personalised care
