This exciting Finance Manager job will give you the opportunity to work alongside a talented FD but also to get close to the business through contact with operational senior management. Your new role
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the production of the monthly management accounts for this group of SME construction companies.
You will lead a small team to help them produce the balance sheet and P&L on a timely basis.
Using your analytical skills you will work with the operational teams to investigate variances and to help them understand financial performance as a finance business partner.
You'll support commercial tenders with the production of financial models and analysis.
You will lead on budget setting and forecasting across several group companies.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a qualified accountant with experience of management accounting and of leading a team.
You should be keen to progress your career in a fast moving and fast growing company that is undergoing signficant change.
You will want to stamp your mark on the business and contribute to the success of this change by supporting on projects outside of the day to day role.
