About the Department The Enterprise Applications team is dedicated to designing, implementing, and optimising enterprise solutions to support our business operations and goals. The team focuses on leveraging cloud technologies, modern engineering practices and collaborative Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality, scalable and secure applications and services. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in configuration of Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud products, strong proficiency in Azure cloud technologies, and hands-on experience with GitHub, API integrations, ETL (i.e. ADF & Ab initio), Identity and Access Management (IAM) including Single Sign-On (SSO). Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric is a strong plus. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise solutions that support our business operations and strategic goals.In this role, you will lead modernisation of our application landscape on Azure, champion clean, testable code and DevOps automation, and drive continuous improvement in tools, practices, and ways of working. You will collaborate in agile squads with product and UX colleagues, mentor engineers through knowledge sharing and code reviews, and work closely with stakeholders to solve complex technical problems and deliver impactful, user-centric solutions aligned to strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Oracle ERP (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Projects) and Oracle EPM (e.g., Planning, Financial Consolidation).Calling, Developing and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs to integrate Oracle systems with internal and third-party applications.Implement and manage IAM and SSO solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, Oracle Identity Cloud Service).Design and manage cloud-native applications and infrastructure using OCI or Azure.Utilize GitHub for source control, code reviews, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specs, and deployment guides.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices and technical leadership within the team.
