Facility Sales Officer – gRafiKs
The University of Bath's Department of Sports Development & Recreation is looking for a Facility Sales Officer to help grow its sports facilities and support a diverse client base. We manage and organise a range of activities under the University’s sports brand – Team Bath – and aim to create a world‑leading multi‑sport environment for elite athletes, staff, students and the local and regional community.
Salary: Starting from £26,707, rising to £30,378 pro rata.
Closing date: Thursday 04 December 2025.
Employment type: Part‑time (29.2 hours per week, 0.8 FT).
Duration: Fixed‑term covering parental leave until December 2026.
About the Role
This is a commercially focused, customer‑oriented role. You will prospect for new business, cultivate relationships with existing clients, and work closely with the Facility Sales team to deliver efficient operations and achieve targets.
About You
You will engage with a wide range of customers – students and clubs, university staff, high‑performance athletes and their National Governing Bodies, the local community and visiting professional sports teams.
Key Responsibilities

* Complete administration and financial tasks.
Part‑time Details
29.2 hours per week (0.8 FT), spread equally throughout the week (Monday to Friday).
