Job Description
3. Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tailored tax compliance and advisory services.
4. Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
5. Advise clients on tax planning opportunities and strategies to optimise their tax position.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated services across the organisation.
7. Support clients during HMRC enquiries and audits, offering expert guidance and representation.
8. Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate implications to clients and stakeholders.
9. Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
10. Contribute to business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and building client relationships.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:
11. Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CTA) with a focus on tax expertise.
12. Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and compliance requirements.
13. Proven experience in managing client portfolios within the professional services industry.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
