Sales Account Coordinator
Location: Office-based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 am – 4:45pm
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
We’re supporting a well-established business based in Leamington that supplies specialist equipment to the manufacturing sector. They’re now looking for a proactive and organised Sales Account Coordinator to join their friendly team. This is a varied position combining customer service with internal administrative support, working closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities of an Sales Account Coordinator:
You’ll play a central role in the smooth running of operations, delivering excellent service to customers while ensuring internal teams have the support they need. Typical duties include:
* Handling customer enquiries via, email, and other channels
* Providing administrative support to colleagues in the UK and abroad
* Organising logistics for machinery dispatch and delivery
* Processing spares enquiries and orders
* Coordinating schedules and supporting team workflows
* Maintaining accurate records and managing internal data systems
Requirements of an Sales Account Coordinator:
