We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability and Responsible Business Reporting Analyst to join the firm. With a global presence and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, we are focused on growing in a responsible and sustainable manner, guided by strong ESG principles.This role can be based at either our Birmingham, Manchester or London officesWho you'll work withJoin our Business Operations Team, where youreport to the Sustainability Manager and work closely with colleagues across Facilities, HR, Information Systems, Marketing, and Risk. Youalso support the Sustainability Committee in driving key initiatives that embed sustainability across the firm.Sustainability ReportingSupport reporting in line with frameworks including ISO 14001, ISO 14064, EcoVadis, SECR, ESOS, GRI, ISSB and UNGCCollect and analyse carbon data, track emissions, and contribute to net-zero planningAssist with external benchmarking and regulatory submissionsContribute to our annual Responsible Business ReportSupply Chain SustainabilitySupport supplier onboarding and sustainability assessmentsIdentify risks and opportunities to improve sustainability in the supply chainHelp deliver net-zero initiatives and engage suppliers on relevant environmental and ethical standardsStrategy & Stakeholder EngagementContribute to firmwide sustainability projects aligned with the 2030 visionTrack progress against objectives and support continuous improvementRespond to client sustainability requests requiring technical inputPrepare internal and external reports and presentationsInternal EngagementAssist with the planning and delivery of sustainability events and campaignsDevelop training and communication materials to raise awarenessSupport initiatives to engage employees in sustainability goalsOur benefits include, an annual bonus scheme, GPP Pension Scheme with Aviva.
